Promotion Rules "Champion Collector"

§ 1 Basic Information

1.       The promotion under the name "Champion Collector" is organized by QW Sp. z o.o. located in Poznań, at Trójpole 3, 61-693, VAT: 7792432976, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2.       The Organizer provides prizes as part of the promotion.
3.       The promotion runs from April 3, 2024, to November 15, 2024, or until supplies last.
4.       The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the Participants' data, including the inability to deliver prizes due to reasons on the Participant's side, especially in case of failure to provide correct, complete, or up-to-date data.
5.       Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete processed data. Data is provided on a voluntary basis. The data controller is the Organizer.
6.       The Organizer is responsible for any tax obligations related to awarding prizes in the Promotion. Participants agree to cooperate with the Organizer in providing the necessary data for settling obligations.
7.       The Promotion Rules are available on the website: https://q-workshop.com/en/content/29-terms-of-use-champion-collector during its duration. Each Participant can receive a copy of the Rules by sending a written request to the Organizer at the email address shop@q-workshop.com.
8.       The visualization of the prize is for illustrative purposes only; it is handmade. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the colors in the final product.

§ 2 Participation Conditions

1.       A Participant in the Promotion must be of legal age.
2.       Participants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a legal guardian.
3.       Participation in the promotion is equivalent to accepting these rules.
4.       The condition for receiving the prize is for the Participant to fulfill the following conditions:

a) Purchase 8 sets participating in the promotion (possible both online and in-store).

b) Each set contains a sticker that must be affixed to the designated place on the box.

c) Take a photo of the box with the sticker pack and email it to the Organizer.

d) Alternatively, send the box with stickers to the Organizer's address.

e) Provide the address to which the prize for collected stickers should be sent.

§ 3 Limitations

1.       Q-Workshop reserves the right to change the conditions or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
2.       Meeting the conditions entitles the participant to receive one surprise prize.
3.       Q-Workshop will settle any disputes arising from the promotion.
4.       The prizes will be sent to the participants after the promotion ends. Information about the shipping date will be provided in the email and on the website.
5.       The Organizer reserves the right to choose the courier and the shipping date.
6.       Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and the generally applicable laws of Poland.

§ 4 Final Provisions

1.       This regulation comes into force on the date of announcement on the Organizer's website.
2.       Changes to the regulations may only be made by the Organizer and come into effect upon publication on the website.
3.       This regulation is available to all promotion participants and is subject to general availability.
4.       The Organizer will settle any disputes arising from these regulations, and their decision will be final and binding on all participants.
5.       The Organizer reserves the right to interpret these regulations.
