Regulations for Black Week
- Promotion Period:
a) Black Week begins on November 20th at 11:00 AM and lasts until November 28th at 11:00 AM (UTC+1).
- Participation Rules:
a) The promotion is open to all customers.
b) To take advantage of the promotion, the customer must make a purchase during Black Week.
- Discounts and Promotions:
a) During Black Week, we offer special discounts on selected products.
b) Promotions do not combine with other offers and discounts, unless the regulations of a specific promotion state otherwise.
- Conditions for Using Discounts:
a) Discounts are available only when making purchases during Black Week.
b) Each discount is subject to individual conditions specified for each product.
c) Limit of 3 promotional products per order.
- Daily Promotion Change:
a) Every day at 11:00 AM, there is a change in the daily promotion. New promotions apply from that moment until the next change.
- Order Shipping:
a) The shipping of promotional orders will take place after the conclusion of the Black Week promotion, i.e., after November 27th.
b) Customers who wish to avail themselves of immediate shipping are requested to contact us via email or add the relevant comment when placing the order.
- Shipping Costs:
a) Shipping costs for orders will be a one-time charge for the selected order during the Black Week promotion. Any additional shipping costs for extra orders placed during the Black Week promotion will be refunded to the customer.
- Complaints and Returns:
a) All complaints and returns are handled according to the general terms of sale applicable in the company.
- Personal Data Protection:
a) Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Other Provisions:
a) The regulations may be subject to change, and any changes will be published on the website.
b) Any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis by the Organizer.
c) Making a purchase is synonymous with accepting the regulations and promotion conditions.
