Information on payment and delivery
DELIVERY
All orders are send by international post.
Orders usually arrive within one or two weeks, but maximum time declared by post is 21 workdays.
Shipping fee is 3.90 EUR / 5.90 USD / 2.90 GBP (flat rate, not dependent on weight, location or method of payment).
The buyer bears the risk and any additional costs of the delivery (like taxes and customs).
PAYMENT
Accepted methods of payment:
Credit Card - Payment is processed by a secure transaction server provided by www.allpay.pl. This is the fastest method of payment - we are able to process your order within minutes after the payment.
AllPay.pl accepts payments made with the following payment cards: Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Polcard, PBK Styl - both standard and "virtual" cards. AllPay.pl does not accept payment made with Maestro, Polcard Bis and Visa Electron (unless the issuer allows it; at present we accept Inteligo bank Visa Electron). AllPay.pl accepts payments made with the following e-bank transfers: mTransfer (mBank), "Pay with Inteligo" (Inteligo Bank), MultiTransfer (MultiBank), Przelew24 (BZWBK), ING OnLine (ING Bank Slaski), traditional bank transfer.
PayPal - Payment is processed by a secure transaction server provided by www.paypal.com.
PayPal accepts credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards and more.
Bank transfer - The order is shipped after receiving the money or an email confirming the payment (send them to shop@Q-workshop.com)

RETURNS
The supplied articles may be sent back within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, given that it is in the original condition (unused and shrink-wrapped). The buyer must secure the parcel and pack the item appropriately. Moreover the buyer is obliged to inform us in written by e-mail to shop@Q-workshop.com about the return. Shipping fees will not be returned. Unstamped deliveries or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
GUARENTEE
Upon receiving incomplete order or damaged items please contact us via email shop@Q-workshop.com - we will do our best to satisfy your claim. Damaged items will be exchanged at no further cost or their full value will be given back if the item cannot be exchanged (for example if it's out of stock).
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is stored and processed only for the purpose of processing the order and within the limits of the law.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Until delivery to the customer the ordered items remain the property of Q-workshop.
