Q-workshop's Regulations

SALE OFFER AND PRICES
1. Internet shop www.Q-workshop.com deals in sale and production of dice and game accessories (bags, mugs). All of our products except Mugs are produced by Q-workshop Patryk Strzelewicz and packed into plastic bags or tubes with company’s logo on them. Mugs are packed into paper boxes to protect them from damage during transport by Polish Post.
2. The package is labelled with a sticker, which includes Q-workshop logo in three languages, website and e-mail address of our shop. Packages contain dice which are small pieces of plastic, and may be easily swallowed. Therefore our products are not suitable for children under the age of three.
3. Prices of products in our Internet Shop are given in one of the chosen currencies (USD, EUR, GBP) and include 22% of VAT. Price at the moment of submitting an order is obligatory and will not be changed due to external circumstances (e.g. an increase of prices in the shop)
PRIVACY POLICY
4. Personal details of Q-workshop customers are stored in our database and are being used only to complete their orders. Information about our customers is not published nor shared with any third party company. According to the Personal Data Protection Act, customers are allowed to check and correct their personal data, and demand removal from our database.
SHOPPING AND PLACING ORDERS
5. Guide about placing an order is in the left side menu in "How to buy" section.
6. A retail order may be placed by anyone. Registering and logging in is not necessary.
7. Orders with incomplete personal and shipping data are not processed.
8. In case of orders with a large total price, Q-workshop may contact the customer to confirm such an order.
9. Orders are shipped to the address submitted in order form.
10. Orders may be placed any time of the day.
11. Shipping cost is added to the order's total price according to the requested shipping option. Shipping rates are put together in the Information section.
12. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, pay on delivery, credit card.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
13. Customer may return undamaged originally packaged items sold by Q-workshop within 10 days after delivery. Unless arranged differently with a Q-workshop representative, send the returned items to this address:

The refund for returned products will be sent to a given address or transferred to a chosen bank account. Shipping costs are not refunded. The time of dealing with a complaint is 14 working days.
FINAL STATEMENT
14. Cases not mentioned in this regulations, are subject to Polish civil law and Personal Data Protection Act.
Law Note:

Q–workshop.com is a product defended by the authors and related with the rights act from 14 February 1994. In Poland
Art. 1. article. about authors laws circles with its power around the prodcts which are being designed and produced using plastic methods in Q-workshop.com and also the basics of the software which is an integral part of this internet shop. ( Ad. Art. 74.). (...) with authors' laws are protected all sorts of (...) plastical creativity and production.
Art. 11. (ibidem), (...) The subject of authors law are all kinds of creative activities based on individual characteristics of any kind of shape and structure, influenced by the use or the way of use of the item.
Authors laws to the shop Q-workshop.com and its products are correct with the ECC directive from 14 may 1991, about protecting the rights of computer software.
Art. 74. Wealth Laws for Q-workshop.com encircle rights to(...)
1.) Permanent or just for some cases copying the whole or some parts of the computer software using every kind of sources and in any kind of form: in scope in which for initiation, presentation, use or storeage of the software (...) necessary is its multiplication. This kind of activates need the authorization of subject in right.
2.) Translating, adaptation, changes in its structure and any other changes in the computer software, with retain the laws of the author.
3.) Ordinance. Includes renting or lease of the software or its copy.(...)
Art. 77. Person in right has the law to demand from the user ( Q-workshop.com ) changing of the technical sources (that includes) the computer software, which is only used to facilitate illegal deletion or bypassing the protection.
Art. 78.The author whose rights where injured, by a third party activity is in power to demand absolute stopping that sort of activity. When valuation took place the author is in power to demand from the person who violated his rights, to fulfill actions necessary to remove the consequences of that activity with extreme caution to make public statement in the right essence and form. If the violation was predicted as guilty the jurisdiction is in power to adjucate for the author amount of the money in order to satisfy for taken harm or for direct order from the author bond (exact person) for making an exact payment on public goal.
Art. 115.( ibidem ) Anyone who usurps the authors laws or who leads to disinformation in whole or only a piece of somebody's work (…) relays under fine or the limitation of freedom punishment to 3 years.
