What should I do after receiving an email with Confirmation of Order? Should I email it back to you?
No, you don’t have to. You should save it - it can be useful in case you have any questions or comments about your order. It also contains important information about our company, which you might need - like bank account number or address.
Do you really hand out FREE dice to anyone who fills out the survey?
Yes, every customer has an opportunity to fill a survey after making a purchase with us. The survey includes a few quick questions. Everybody who fills the survey will receive free dice - one of them is our promotional D6, and the other is a random die from our inventory.
What should I do if I DO NOT get a confirmation after placing an order?
It means that an error occured. You should receive a Confirmation of Order within 3-10 minutes after placing the order. Please contact us via e-mail shop@Q-workshop.com as soon as possible.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees doesn't depend on method of payment, distance or the number or weight of the items ordered.
They are 3.90 EUR / 5.90 USD / 2.90 GBP.
How long will I have to wait to get my order?
Average delivery time is 4 - 12 days (max. 21 work days). Paying by Bank Transfer extends the time the order takes to be processed.
I have problems with placing the order, what should I do?
First of all, read the HOW TO BUY section. In case of any further problems, please contact us via e-mail shop@Q-workshop.com. Remember to provide the details of your problem (what is not working, where you had problems, what did you want to do, etc.) We will do our best to help!
Something is wrong with the items I have received, what should I do?
First of all, please, see the section OUR POLICY for details on filing returns and complains. Then send an email to shop@Q-workshop.com describing the problem and we will do our best to help!
Why do some dice disappear from the shop?
The availability of our products changes. If you can not find some dice models in our shop, it means that this model is out of stock. It can appear back at any moment, after our Workshop restocks that dice.
What kind of information and how often will I receive if I subscribe to your newsletter?
Newsletter is send when new dice preview appear or when someting important happens - it is not send on regular basis. You will not receive spam from us.
I have a great idea/project for dice! I took the symbols and fonts from this manual - what do you think of it?
Unfortunately any artwork, motives, names, etc. which are registered trademarks can not be used on our dice without a written permission from their owner.
